Hi Michael.
You can always turn on debug cdp ip on both sides to see how CDP writes
prefixes. You might see something like this on hub router
*Mar 4 21:04:22.924: CDP-IP: Writing default route 10.1.23.1 for Serial0/1
*Mar 4 21:04:37.772: CDP-IP: Reading prefix 192.168.200.0/24 source
10.1.23.3 via Serial0/1
*Mar 4 21:04:37.772: CDP-IP: Updating prefix 192.168.200.0/24 in
routing table
*Mar 4 21:04:38.770: CDP-IP: Reading prefix 192.168.200.0/24 source
10.1.23.3 via Serial0/1
*Mar 4 21:04:38.774: CDP-IP: Updating prefix 192.168.200.0/24 in
routing table
*Mar 4 21:04:56.086: CDP-IP: Writing default route 10.1.1.1 for Ethernet0/0
*Mar 4 21:05:27.089: CDP-IP: Writing default route 10.1.23.1 for Serial0/1
*Mar 4 21:05:38.768: CDP-IP: Reading prefix 192.168.200.0/24 source
10.1.23.3 via Serial0/1
*Mar 4 21:05:38.768: CDP-IP: Updating prefix 192.168.200.0/24 in
routing table
*Mar 4 21:05:56.089: CDP-IP: Writing default route 10.1.1.1 for Ethernet0/0
*Mar 4 21:06:12.452: CDP-IP: Aging routes
*Mar 4 21:06:20.906: CDP-EV: Unrecognized type (16) seen in TLV
*Mar 4 21:06:20.906: CDP-EV: Unrecognized type (1A) seen in TLV
*Mar 4 21:06:27.092: CDP-IP: Writing default route 10.1.23.1 for Serial0/1
And similar on a stub router.
As far as I know, ODR stops working for spoke router as soon as you
enable any other routing protocol on it, it simply stops being a stub
router...
