Is this by chance a $30 "brand new" WIC-1T from eBay? If so it may be
counterfeit. I've seen this problem (WIC doesn't show up) with a lot
counterfeit WIC-1Ts but I've never noticed the error messages that you are
seeing. The problem seems to occur more often with the NM modules in the
3600s so you could try and swap it with a WIC-1T from another router if you
have one available.
