I think full IP reachability refers mostly to IP/IGP diagram. Just to be
on the safe side, write down all the additional IPs you introduced
during the lab, like BGP loopbacks, Tunnel end-points, NAT translation
etc and ask proctor.

What you usually have is something like a requirement to make sure you
have full IP reachability after completing Switching/IGP sections. If
you have one, try not to break it in attempt to extend reachability to
those loopbacks etc introduced later. Ask if you are not sure, but
usually tasks are pretty clear about connectivity.

Bottom line is not to overanalyze simple 2 point tasks :-).
