Full IP Reachbilty

Hi,

With the full IP Reachibilty requerment ...
Is it a must to achive it between all the address and the loopbacks in the
topology ( even the one's added in later stages to test redistributin
filtering ect.)
Or only the initial addresses which apper at the diagrams. I get confused
with it in in all my mock labs, wanted to get an answer to it for once :)
