You can to high metric of intra-area routes, that it can't be set up to FIB.
There is hidden command max-metric intra-area <n> wich can do this.
For instance if max-metric is set to 10000 then any intra-area route wich have
metric greate than 10000 will not be installed into FIB.
Once you use this fake you loose redundancy. Router will use only inter area
routes.
