Check it using commands
"show ip bgp nei x.x.x.x advertise"
and
"show ip bgp nei x.x.x.x route"
1st command will tell you the routes being sent to the specific neighbour
and the 2nd one will shows the one received from the specifice neighbour.
Compare them and your own BGP table you will know where is the problem.
