What's the difference between "ip igmp access-list" and "ip multicast
boundary"?

On the surface these both seem to do the same thing. The doc cd is a little
weak on "ip igmp access-list". Under the "ip multicast boundary" it says
that it prevents multicast traffic from traveling either direction.
