Default Tc = 0.125s or 125ms
Thus bc will still be 16000 if you don't put-in anything. I see no reason
to lose mark on this if the answer should be as shown. Unless the answer is
wrong and there is some other restriction/requirement in the question so
that you must not have a Tc of 125 or a Bc of 16000 bits. But just as Scott
said, overconfiguration will never cost you marks (provide the "answer"
given is correct)
