Typically in a NSSA the ABR is the router that can potentially inject a
default route (If the "default-information originate" or the "no-summary"
keyword is added to the area xx nssa), but if the router is not an ABR and
you want the NSSA area to have a default route for all the external
networks, the conventional way may not work, but the 007 configuration can
be used to inject a default route into an NSSA area, lets say R3 is the ABR,
and you want R4 to inject a default route for the external networks, what
you can do is create a loopback interface, let's say Loopback99 and
advertise it in area 0, that will make R4 an ABR as well, now R4 can
configure "area xx nssa default-information originate" which will inject a
default route into the NSSA area.
