Welcome to the world of thinking like a Router and a Switch.

VLANs are normally created on switches.

The way you configure them for routing protocol depends on the format of
the question, a question can't say configure OSPF Area 45 on VLAN 45
without further clues.

Instance 1: On a router, it might say configure OSPF Area 45 on an
interface of the Router which connects to VLAN 45

Comments: In this case, you've got a Router which has an interface that
connects to a LAN segment(VLAN) on a SwitchZZ I would presume eg
2.2.2.X; so just add that interface into the Routing Process(OSPF or
RIP) using the network command

Instance 2: (Usual) On a Switch, configure the VLAN45 interface for OSPF
Area 45; In this case you'll just add the Switch VLAN svi Interface into
your Routing Process. As you know, Layer-3 Switches can do Routing, just
enable ip routing on them

NOTE: network x.x.x.x commands tells which interface participates in a
routing process but for BGP it tells which network is advertised into
the process

Many Thanks
