The format should be the same all around the world. India lab doesn't have
local equipment anyway, it's remote-access to one of the other labs.

Perhaps it's merely an indication that people fear change and freak out
about things? Or simply that some of the L2 stuff being focussed on is not
what people taking the lab are prepared for?

4 switches campared to 2 doesn't worry me.

What does worry me is barely anyone has been passing since 11/13...

I believe they have only gone through 50 numbers since then. That includes
numbers for the other tracks and India still using old lab format.
(according to some one that posted here anyway) Prior to 11/13, they were
going through 100 numbers a month.
