Hi.

If you have CDP in place between hub and spoke(s), default route will be
sent to spoke(s) as soon (or within CDP update interval) as you
configure ODR on hub. I don't remember me configuring any static routes
for that on hub side.
No need to configure ODR on spoke(s) either. CDP will do all the work
for you.
