Uhhhhhhh...As I said, this is an actual practice lab question. The solution
*shows* using the Quick start wizard (in other words, that is exactly how to
disable IPsec).

I wanted to know if anyone knew how to "disable IPSec" in the Main Menu or
GUI.

Quick Start Wizard as the name implies, allows you to do quick configuration
with some friendly prompt to allow you to bring up the bare minimum services
as soon as possible.

Configuring from Quick Start is the same as Main Menu. Just that is an
interactive session. For Main Menu method, you need to know the Tree Like
structure to start configuring the box.

If you are studying for the lab exam, try to avoid Quick Start method.
