Wow...
Let's see - kind of a hard one and yet easy and all at
the same time.
You need the concepts and then learn how Cisco has
applied these concepts in the IOS.
As you are practicing commands you'll need to
incorporate show and debug commands along the way.
You'll want to practice regularly if not daily.
Try to find a practical usage for each technology - it
might help you retain the knowledge.
There are several vendors - take a look at their
offerings.
