eigrp bandwidth setting

Hi

I'm confused with eigrp bandwith setting on the interface...

I have a serial0/0, on FR , want to configure eigrp to use 40% of interface
bw (128K)
how can i do it without ip bandwidth-percent command... ?

can i configure using bandwidth command, ?

is the default bandwith for eigrp 50% ?

I m confused....pls let me know how its done
