Brad,
I heard from many of my friends, passed or failed, stating that the proctor
is indeed very important. Not only under the situation that there is
equipment fault or misprint, but also in clarifying doubts. A set of
question may not be 100% accurate, or 100% clear on what it is describing,
thus that's the main point why a well-knowledge and
well-experienced procotor is needed (otherwise why don't just like prometric
and have a camera instead of a human?). I even got a friend who present his
solution to the proctor and ask them proctor "is this acceptable" and the
proctor told him "as long as you can achieve xxx and xxx, it is
acceptable". Simply compare with another proctor who read the question for
me again and told me "this is what you need to do". Don't you think that a
good proctor can help greatly?
Regards,
Xiangling
