I've been to two labs and twice I've had an issue with
my pod.
Both beyond my control.
Both a bit nerve-wracking.
Both times each proctor took very good care to correct
the situation in a timely, coureous, and efficient
manner.
The second time I was given the time back (about 1
hour or so as I recall - I had to make some of it up
by working through lunch - but I was given more time
on the rack to make up for it.
Sorry, 2 experiences - both could have been extremely
bad, but good proctors made the difference.
I'm delighted by their attentiveness.
