I had lot of issues with 7600s like this.
I would check
1) Reverse RX/TX if they can be separated.
2) Make sure the cable type is matching the SFP type, LH or SX, yellow or
orange generally.
3) Sometimes the auto negotiate is the biggest problem, so force the speed
and duplex settings.
4) Are the SFPs same type? Check if they are compatible with the Cisco
specs.
These are the issues I can think of so far I had in the passed....

I have interconected two 4503 switches using SFP Modules in the SFP
interfaces on the supervisor modul. I am not able to get link, I have tried
with default
setting on the interface although this is the current. Regardles of this
config, I should get the link here, but I am not.
Any tips of what I need to do here, I cant seem to figure this out.
