how's that going to help?
 
we're talking EBGP here, which is AD20
 
unless you're going to somehow make it an EIGRP summary route, redistribution isn't going to help
 
R1 and R2 are both AS 1
 
R3 is AS2 and EBGP peers with R1 and R2

to influence the decision that R3 will make without using weight or local pref, as-path can be manipulated, or origin code as ghias mentioned, or med, or indeed any other of the BGP metrics

You can also change the origin code from i to ? (incomplete),,, this
also influences inbound.
