Josef, I configured a FR cloud with no "broadcast" keyword in the FR map statements and also did not include the map statement for spoke to spoke connectivity, that we usually add in a NBMA config mode.
And it works like you stated ... the neighbor relationships form only after I use the P2MP non-broadcast mode.
Appreciate your help in clarifying this concept.
