I.E Vol 3 LAB 1 Question 9.3
  What policy or rule

R3
NTP master 204.12.1.254 . BB1
NTP peer 150.1.6.6 R6

The question says that incase there is a failure in connection btw R3 and
BB1. R3 should fail over and get network time from R6. My question is this.
If the both R6 and BB1 connections to R3 are active is there any rule
that makes BB1 (server/master) must take rake precedence over R6( peer) ?

I mean why not R6 (peer ) be the primary source when BB1 (server/master) is
still active on the network
