Hi.
Do both Lo0 interfaces have valid IPv6 addresses?
I would go for tunnel mode ipv6ip or tunnel mode gre... Have never
tried tunnel mode gre ipv6 (no support for that on my 2600 routers with
the latest 12.3 IOS). But from DocCD "ipv6" here seems to mean delivery
protocol IPv6 ...
