mqc policing with multicast rate-limit

Hello group,

can someone pls answer me on this one...

if we have configured inbound policing on a router's fastethernet
interface through MQC upto.. say 64kbps
then later if we would like to rate-limit multicast traffic upto
5mbps also inbound with multicast rate-limit command........r they
both gonna work, is MQC'S policing and multicast rate-limiting
mutually exclusive or they will effect each other's policing???
