BGP cluster-id

Folks, a question on BGP clusters.
   
  Let's say I have 2 BGP route reflectors (A and D) each with 2 clients B and C and E and F.
   
  A --- B
  A --- C
   
  D --- E
  D --- F
   
  On Router A:
  bgp cluster-id 1
  neighbor B route-reflector-client
  neighbor C route-reflector-client
  neighbor D
   
  On Router D
  bgp cluster-id 2
  neighbor E route-reflector-client
  neighbor F route-reflector-client
  neighbor A
   
  Is my understanding and configuration of cluster-id attribute correct ?
   
  Any caveats on this command/functionality that one should know ?
