Are the following two configurations the same thing and would work
exactly the same way?

A)

Interface f0/0

            ip multicast helper-map 225.25.25.25 129.1.23.255 111

B)

Interface f0/0

            ip broadcast-addresss 129.1.23.0

            ip multicast helper-map 225.25.25.25 129.1.23.0 111
