Michael -

You probably won't run into the "ip ospf demand-circuit" option, since
this is used for backup circuits (ISDN) to reduce the updates between
interfaces. The "ip ospf flood-reduction" will be more valid, but
consult the DocCDs. This keeps LSAs from needing to be refreshed by
setting them to "do not age". HTH
