All of this conceren RSTP.
P2p - mean point-to-point link, only two sitches can be connected. STP
convergence can be quickly through RSTP handshake message. This must be only
full-duplex link.
Shr - mean shred link. More than two sitches can be conected to to this media.
Usualy this occures on half-duplex links. STP convergence occure between more
than two switches and accordingly in 802.1D style (pass through listening,
learning and forwarding state).
