I would like information on this topic also. I will be starting on the CCVP
, and then move on to CCIE Voice but am looking to build a voice lab and
would like to use anything that I can from my R&S lab (mostly 2610, 2620,
3640). You can email me off-line if you'd like. I'm just so confused
because I've been trying
to find hardware requirements and everything seems so out of reach.

Thanks,
Bill

if you work for a Cisco reseller you can get the software for CM or CME
from
them and loaded on a Approved Cisco server like Hp Dl320 or DL 380 or
router
in the case of CME

If all you want is voice traffic get a couple of 2801 with CME and FXS
interfaces then start making phones calls across, but the big picture is to

have a lab like ccbootcamp.com for IE voice
