Can some1 tell me the answer for this question?
"When flapping happens 3 times, do not include to ip routing for
30seconds"
Thanks,

Subject: "traffic-shape rate" command
Hi All,
You can configure generic traffic shaping using the following interface
level command:
traffic-shape rate bit-rate [burst-size [excess-burst-size]]
[buffer-limit]
I have two questions regarding this command. First, you can configure
many "burst-size" (Bc) that would achieve the same target bit rate. The
point is that when you change the value of the "burst-size", the
internal time interval will change accordingly to achieve the configured
target bit rate. If this is the case, what benefit I could get from
changing the value of the "burst-size". I could simply leave it
untouched and let the router calculates its value.
The second question, how does the "buffer-limit" parameter affect the
performance of the traffic shaping?
Could anyone clarify these two points?
