Victor, maybe I am wrong...
I think it is not MTU which helped here but absence of IPv6 on your
switch. IPv6 is unknown and hence considered as non-routed.
Besides, system MTU is 1500 by default, isn't it?
You can turn on IPv6 support on your switch and check if bridging still
works.
sdm prefer dual-ipv4-and-ipv6
(you have to restart the system after that)
With Fabio it was probably the case, since he told he was to test IPv6
connectivity and at that point he had probably already turned on IPv6 on
3560 box.
