Thanks Michael

Is this explained somewhere on Cisco web site? Can some one else
confirm? Surprises are almost never good :-)

Thanks in advance

No you cannot schedule two labs at once.
No, you will receive an extra year as a candidate if you fail your first
attempt.
The question is is that extra year extended from you first lab date, or
does it make the candidacy period 30 months.
I think it makes the candidacy period 30 months.

If you drop your lab you might not see it again because somebody else
can take it.

By the way, do you guys know if they allow us to schedule 2
labs? If I
don't pass the lab within 18 months of the written, does it mean
I have
        to do the written again?

        thanks

Heh... did you happen to just see Nov 30th open for San Jose?
and then
December 5th? I tried to get Nov 30th... but as I clicked the
last
        button it
was gone... so then I refreshed RTP, and I got December 5th...
much
        better
than Jan 19th... eeek... 4 months is too long to wait.

But... they are freeing up... so I don't think there is a
conspiracy
anymore... it's just a lot different from when I was scheduling
labs for
        the
summer season... which were totally open.

        Good luck,
        Dan
