Hi, Frank

AFAIK, The "distribute-list GATEWAY prefix-list in" command will only
accept from neighbors which is permited in GATEWAY prefix-list.
So if you want accept routes form certain neighbor, you must permit that
neighbor in the prefix-list or you could permit any(0.0.0.0/0 le 32).
