Note that as of last time I checked, the 3560 also does not support any
kind of per-vlan egress policing. The 3550 would police on qos
markings...but the 3560...nada. I actually went through the entire
escalation with Cisco over this for a customer....it's not supported and
the only way to approximate the behavior is to fool with the srr queues.
