I agree - the 3560 (12.2.25 SED1) in my lab doesn't support "match vlan"
under a class-map:
************************************
SW1(config)#class-map match-all VLAN
SW1(config-cmap)#match ?
access-group Access group
input-interface Select one or more input interfaces to match
ip IP specific values
