Changing Timers for Routing Protocols

Hi All: I'm new to the list.

Quick/simple question: Do you think it is a good idea to change the timers
for dynamic routing protocols such as OPSF, to speed up adjecency time? Do
you think that the question qould be marked as wrong if they didn't ask you
for that?
