Hi Eldho,
To ease your pain, why don't you use FE80::2 for R2 and FE80::6 for R6
for example,
hence you don't have to keep referring to opposite peer link local
address. It is so long
and troublesome. It is perfectly alright to have the same link local
address on multiple ipv6 enable interfaces on the same router.
Please do a show ipv6 route and frame-relay map to see why your next
hop is not reachable.
