I created a frame-relay maping using the ipv6 link local address
frame-relay map ipv6 FE80::A8BB:CCFF:FE00:3000 305 broadcast
Similarly in the otherend router.
However when i try to ping the physical inteface using the ipv6 address
ping FEC0:CC1E:1:35:A8BB:CCFF:FE00:3000
it is not successful.
When i try
ping FE80::A8BB:CCFF:FE00:3000
even this is not successful.
Where as ipv4 maping is working absolutly fine.
Can somebody throw some light on this behaviour.

Eldho
