you will have to do sho ipv6 interface brief
Then you will have to copy the link local address and past it into your
frame map
ie:
frame map ipv6 < pasted from sho ip int brief > 305 broadcast

Question back to the list.
Where does the router get the serial interface MAC-Address
also,
What if there are numerous serial interfaces?

  Hi,

I understandthat the EUI-64 argument at the end of an IPv6 address
statement will create an IPv6 address based upon the Mac address of
  the
interface applied. But if I create a frame-relay map ipv6 statement
  from
another router to this particular interface how will i assign the
  mapping.
  Say fro example
  R5
  interface Serial2/0.54 point-to-point
  ipv6 address FEC0:CC1E:1:35::/64 eui-64

Now from the neighboring router R3 I want to create a fraamerelay
  maping to
this interface.Suppose the DLC! that I want to use is 305.
Which ipv6 address should i use to create the maping.
  Regards,
  Eldho
