Have to disagree with you on Q2. It does not matter since failover is not an
requirement for the lab before jan 07. After jan 07 you have failover in the
lab
blueprint. So, because of that you are fine using the Restricted... for
now....!!

1)How do you go about changing from restricted to
unrestricted?
2)Does unrestricted and restricted matter for a home
lab?
