Dear Group Members,
Question 1:
Does anyone know why in a PIM Sparse mode only setup with BSR will work in dense mode ? I thought that in sparse-mode only if there isn't an RP, the traffic would basically be dropped in the first place. ---R1(rp224.0.0.0/5)------R2(bsr)--------R3----join 239.1.1.1
Question 2:
For PBR, does anyone know what does this do on the route-map ?
Example1
route-map pbr1 permit 10
match ip address
Example2
route-map pbr2 permit 10
default match ip address 100
-Example 1 is defined without an access-list but still accepts the command.
-Example 2 with an acl but what does the default do ?
Thanks you all your help in Advance.. !
