What's the SW-release you're running on it ? (Most likely your issue...)
Does the card show proper with an 'IOS UP' when doing a 'sh led 0' ?

My GSR 12410 is not detecting slot 0 LC i.e. SIP-501.

 

But when I do show inventory I find it:
