Remote access tunnel to ac Concentrator??

Hello,
I configured Remote access tunnel to a concentrator using IPSec with RRI and
split tunneling. (It is a section like in trinetnt workbook)

-network-VPN - PC.
Everything is configured straightforward on VPN concentrator. PC can ping
vpn concentrator. In the PC in the VPN client I configure host: 195.1.112.20
(ip address of VPN) group name and password just like on VPN concentrator).
NOthing else. And than it always fails to connect to the VPN concentrator.

Does any body have any idea why this can happen?? Or any idea how to
troubleshoot this?? I have no ideas. But I want make sure how it works.
