Sorry for the reiterating mails. Found the below.
"To assign a multicast static mac-address, IGMP snooping has to be
disabled".
Also there is no command in 3550 to see that mac-address-table destination
interfaces for 224.0.0.10, 224.0.0.5 specific addresses like the below;
0100.5e00.000a => inter fas0/3, fas0/6
sh mac-address-table multicast displays only the IGMP JOIN related for
224.0.0.39 and 224.0.0.40.
0100.5e00.0128 => inter fas0/3, fas0/6
