Hi Patricia.

As Chris said

But if you are referring as Normal Burst, then the switch should help

Sw2(config)#policy-map TEST
Sw2(config-pmap)#class class-default
Sw2(config-pmap-c)#police ?
  <8000-1000000000> Bits per second
aggregate Choose aggregate policer for current class

Sw2(config-pmap-c)#police 512000 ?
  <8000-2000000> Normal burst bytes

Sw2(config-pmap-c)#police 512000 16000
Sw2(config-pmap-c)#int f0/1
Sw2(config-if)#ser in TEST
Sw2(config-if)#
