It seems that with latest release of 12.3(19) you do not even explicitly need to
enable ip cef or ip nbar protocol-discovery commands. The first time you creat a
class-map with match protocol sub commnads the ios pauses for 2 sec and enables
them automatically.
But for CCIE lab the best policy is to enable the 2 commands explicitly instead
of relying on autos and default values.
