BGP between VRF's on the Same Router

I am trying to configure a BGP neighbor between two VRF's that are on one of our 6500's. I have seen a sample config were the command "bgp router-id allow-equal" was used to allow the neighbor to come online even though they have the same router id. I have tried upgrading to the latest and greatest adv enterprise code and still don't have this command. Has anyone done this before? Can I do it on a 6500? I have sup 720's and sup 32's.
