Hi everybody

Could someone of you help me?

Thanks for the time that you take to read this...

The infraestructure:

> 2 Routers Cisco 1760-V

> Four VIC's:
> 2 VIC2-2FXS
> 2 VIC2-2FXO

The case:

NX-308-->FXO-->FXS-->analog telephones

The Configuration:

FXO

dial-peer voice 301 pots
destination-pattern 25
port 2/0
!
dial-peer voice 302 pots
destination-pattern 26
port 2/1
!
dial-peer voice 303 pots
destination-pattern 27
port 3/0
!
dial-peer voice 304 pots
destination-pattern 28
port 3/1
!
dial-peer voice 601 voip
destination-pattern 2.
session target ipv4:192.168.3.10

FXS

dial-peer voice 201 pots
destination-pattern 21
port 2/0
!
dial-peer voice 202 pots
destination-pattern 22
port 2/1
!
dial-peer voice 203 pots
destination-pattern 23
port 3/0
!
dial-peer voice 204 pots
destination-pattern 24
port 3/1
!
dial-peer voice 501 voip
destination-pattern 2.
session target ipv4:192.168.3.120

With this configuration:

Case : NX-308-->FXO-->FXS-->analog telephones

The PBX NX-308 can make calls to the router FXS dialing: 204 then the
router send a dial tone and then dial 21
if you try to make a direct dial 20421 the router aswer with a dial tone,
waiting for the extension

Case: analog telephones-->FXS-->FXO-->NX-308

The analog telephone can make a direct call 25201 but, if i try make a
direct call so faster the router aswer with a dial tone or busy tone

THANKS to nealr that aswer my post before and he told me this:

If all you want is for the handsets to act like extensions on the phone
system you would use private line automatic ringdown to cause them to
connect. Like this

On the analog handset side

voice-port [whatever]
connection plar 200

dial-p voice 200 voip
destination-pattern 200
session target ipv4:whatever

And on the PBX side

dial-p voice 200 pots
port whatever

You will not need any new hardware to do these things, but you will learn
a bit about dial-peer construction before you are done. Post questions here
and I'll help you with them ...
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Im trying make the configuration with this commands rigth now this because i
want to try the commadn connetcion plar to make a direct conection...

The question is that: if can i make a direct call from the NX-308 without
dial tone? and viceverse?.

If someone knows more about this i really apreciated if you let me know the
way to make work this

Greetings & Regards
