Tc doesn't count in this task ..
The task clearly says ...3584 bytes per shaping interval (Which is Bc , Now
for Shaping Bc is in bits whereas for Policing Bc is in Bytes)
So Formula is ?Bc ...3584*8 ....in bits for Shaping
