ACS 4.0 Configuration Error

Hello group,
Can anybody help with this??.When i try reconfiguring an IP address on an
ACS 4.0 appliance via console, i get the following error :

Error: Failed to get NIC configuration: rc = [-1] unknown error

I tried setting the ip address with the Set ip command

Your swift response will be higly appreciate.
