Shut down the interfaces and then bring them back up. Yes "dynamic
mapping" is referring to Frame Relay Inverse-ARP, which is on by default
when you enable a supported protocol (like IPv4). Look at the "debug
frame-relay packet" output and you should see the Inverse-ARP requests
being sent and received.
